In 2022, Richen emphasized two segments “Bone Health” and “Brain Health”. Richen introduced Vitamin K2 as the key ingredient to deliver Calcium into bone, so to reduce blood calcium deposition and realize effects for Bone Health. Besides, Richen recommended Gamma-Amino Butyric Acid (GABA) and Phosphatidylserine (PS) for Brain Health. As for Vitamin and Mineral Premix, Richen stressed Calcium Citrate Malate.
Richen Vitamin K2
By natural fermentation, Richen manufactures Vitamin K2 which contains 100% all-trans MK7, a perfect product combines standard quality with fair cost to give good customer experience. The product was passed Zebrafish animal test and approved health effects on Increasing Bone Density. Richen only selects good strains to produce Vit K2, which can assure high effectiveness on big volume and stable supply.
What’s more, Richen uses green extraction process during manufacture, the materials are first made as high purified Vit K2 powder, then be diluted by different carriers so to keep high purity. This processing method was awarded second prize of science and technology of Jiangsu Light Industry Association. Gamma-Amino Butyric Acid (GABA)
As one of the first companies get manufacture license for GABA in China, Richen participates in making industry standards. We selected natural lactic acid bacteria to ferment the GABA, which assure 200 tons annual volume and high purity of 99%. Our material is exported all over the world including Japan and gained reputation from customers. Richen has a number of authorized invention patent certificates, the processing method was awarded second prize of science and technology of Jiangsu Light Industry Association. Phosphatidylserine (PS)
Richen controls critical technology on natural phospholipase, which origins from soybean and sunflower seed. We can supply different spec concentrations from 20% to 70%. As first company in China to participate in making industry standard, Richen has a number of authorized invention patent certificates. Calcium citrate malate
Richen selects good quality calcium carbonate raw material to manufacture calcium citrate malate, which can assure low heavy metal in content. We also make different tests of material applications on tablet, capsule, gummy and milk beverage, so to set up product spec criterion. In manufacture, Richen develops unique crystallization process in order to guarantee the particle size distribution and improve bulk density so this product has higher filling capacity. Meanwhile, Richen use high-temperature sterilization process to control microorganisms.
